I had placed a mobile order for pickup but got tied up at work and wasn’t going to arrive until a few minutes after they closed. I called ahead and Ian, one of the closing staff members, waited for me and brought my tea to the door for me after they had locked up. Thank you to this team for always brightening my day but especially today for making a long work week end on a high note!"

The kind barista wasn’t able to find my drink so she made me one right away and left a kind message. Best customer service!"
