I explained the situation and she was so kind and told me to come in to get it remade. When I arrived Kylie took care of my order and Cameron made my drink and it was perfect! I appreciate the kindness and professionalism. I am a very satisfied customer :)"

"Did not have a good experience at this Starbucks. The girl working there name Anastasia never greeted us.. she just stared down and the screen and said what can I get you. She then proceeded to asked how to make the drink I wanted?!??! When it was all said and done I said thank you and have a great day (thinking maybe she was having a bad day) all she did was simply walk away.. no your welcome, thanks for coming, or happy holidays..? I will never go back there again and I suggest everyone avoid this Starbucks.. there is actually a better Starbucks with a drive through down the road on oyster point road."
