Barnside Diner

"I dropped by here for a quick breakfast. The service and the people were nice. Food was simple but very good. Coffee was good and plentiful. I will go back. It seems improved from years ago. I stopped back in this morning. The breakfast today was prepared very fast and perfectly. The coffee was excellent and refilled several times without needing to ask. It was a wonderful way to start the day! So they go through 36 dozen eggs on any given day! They are keeping a lot of chickens employed! Keep up the good work! They have managed to cook mine perfect!"

"Was torn between a 3 and a 4 for food. The omelet was made kinda odd - a bit of a cheat by just putting eggs on top of toppings and was fair at best. Hashbrowns status quo, same as biscuit. Coffee was good and the service was great, very nice people. I may go back for lunch to get another take on the food."

"First time here at this diner. The diner was pretty full. Small parking area. We waited for a couple of minutes but got a seat at the counter. The restaurant is very popular. Very friendly staff. Service was spot on. The food was classic diner food. Delicious. Food came out quickly. The blueberry pancakes were amazing. I enjoyed the chicken fried steak, two eggs over easy, hash browns, and toast. The ambiance is very laid back. We will be back. After our meal the waitress offered coffee to go and tea to go. How awesome is that?"

"I have passed by this place so many times and always see older couples going in and that is ALWAYS a sign for me it is a legit diner. So today I decided to stop in and check it out. It is a little tight of a parking lot but again busy is good. The diner is small and quaint. I was greeted by such a nice lady and she gave me prime real estate right at the counter! I was served by Ellen who I assume is an owner or GM of sorts. She was absolutely amazing and such a kind soul. She was very attentive and helpful. Watching the cooks do their thing was pretty cool and everything around gave true real diner vibes. When our food arrived it was ALOT…For the price we paid it was more than worth it. Servings were huge. The food tasted great too! I will definitely be a regular and I’m so happy I stopped in. You need to make this your breakfast spot!"
