Chicago's Pizza With A Twist - Richmond, VA

"I had a craving for pizza, so I headed to Chicago's Pizza with a Twist. The staff recommended a pizza to me, and after trying it, I must say it was truly delicious. It's definitely worth a visit, and I highly recommend it. I tried their Paneer tandoori pizza, Desi-style potato fries, and a delightful brownie dessert. All of them were delicious!"

"Ordered the large butter chicken pizza. Doesn’t look like butter chicken. Doesn’t taste like butter chicken. Tasted like just how it looked - Chicken chunks and onions. No flavor at all and there was barely any twist. For the price of a large pizza, I would expect it to be a little bigger. Looked like a medium. Definitely not worth the price and I do not recommend this place."

"Extremely disappointed with the two pies that I ordered. Price does not justify the quality and quantity of the pizza. Paid $55 total for a Family size Butter Chicken pizza $28+ and a large Lamb pizza $21+. Their pizzas were smaller that other pizza restaurants. Pizzas has a ok taste but they were plain, not much flavor. My husband compared the pizzas to Cici’s pizza. Sadly he was right. The quality of the pizzas were very poor, barely much ingredients on both pizzas. The Lamb Pizza was made very thin 1 inch x 1/2 inch processed lamb meat. There was only one small piece of meat on each slice of the pizza. The meat is much thinner than the meat that you get in a Gyro. Same for the Butter Chicken pizza. Normally, everyone loves a good leftover pizza. I toasted two slices of the Butter Chicken pizza the next day, I couldn’t taste any flavor other than thin crust. My son and I were really looking forward to the Indian flavored pizza. They could deliver better pizza if they weren’t so cost conscious with the ingredients. We had a good experience when the restaurant was first opened, the pizza was full of flavors and truly unique. When I picked up my pizza on a Wednesday evening at 7 PM, the restaurant was empty. The owner and his wife sat at one of tables with their new grand baby. The waitress sat at a table at the end and she never got up or said a word to me. The guy at the bar brought out my order. I will never order anything from them nor I would want to dine in at an such unprofessional place."

"The place looks very neglected and the service was dismal. They have a soda fountain machine that looks like it's been out of order for months. They have several broken TVs and an out of order urinal that also looks like it's been broken for a while. While they seem to have a full bar, it seems that the staff wouldn't know what to do with it; the bar also looks devastatingly plain. There's no ambiance. The server/cashier placed the pizza on my table as I grabbed a drink from the very limited choices from one of the fridge displays. I saw the server sit at the far booth with another staff member and never saw her until I was ready to leave. I had to walk over and ask for a to-go box. I ordered the Butter Chicken Pizza Twist and it looked and tasted ok; it had a distinct taste; the vegetables looked and tasted fresh. Although the pizza was okay, I would never return to this place nor would I recommend it to anyone. The lack of service and ambience does not merit a second visit. I was very disappointed as the pizza twist concept could have potential in the right hands."

"Loved this place, took family of 10 and really enjoyed the variety of different pizzas. The garlic cheese sticks were my favorite. Owner was super cool and friendly real nice family operator. Would highly recommend to everyone."
