"I like Pizza Hut pizza; it used to be my go-to all the time, and this place does it okay. It's really hit-or-miss. I usually just get a cheese pizza — extra cheese please — and sometimes you get a pizza and it has a good amount of cheese on it, but then sometimes it feels like they've only put one cup on and are counting on people being unable to tell the difference. Also one time I got one and the crust had been crushed into oblivion because the guy manning the station was absolutely annihilating the crusts, crushing the hand-tossed and pan crusts to paper thinness and barely getting a rise out of them. But that was just one time. Generally it's pretty okay."

"Kent the manager was very friendly and professional! I got off work later than I should tonight, and the food was still hot and fresh when I arrived almost 30 minutes later! It was almost closing time, but he made sure to not make me feel rushed when I finally got to the store. Overall pleasant experience tonight!"

"I will NEVER order pizza from here again. Cold, floppy, toppings, limp. I could tell by the box temperature it had been sitting for an extended period. I ordered pepperoni(they count those per size of pizza ordered, so I expected what I received there), mushrooms were chopped almost to slivers, and onion as cheap as it is was sprinkled like gold. Really sorry I wasted so much money, including a tip & their service fee. I am calling today to request a refund."

"The pizzas looked decent when I picked them up but separating the slices and biting into it was a different story. Both pizzas were super tough. We got one cheese hand tossed and one pepperoni pan crust. The pan crust was definitely not the buttery, crispy crust you think of."

"The 90’s called and isn’t happy. Back in the day, Pizza Hut was the place to eat. Now I’d say it’s the place not to eat. My 2 stars are for the breadsticks. Hard to mess those up. Pizza was ok. Service was bad. People not being acknowledged that they are even there, almost ignored. I’m patient. Finding people to work is hard but just a general people training skills would be great."
