"My order was taken incorrectly even though it was repeated multiple times. I called the store and the only thing they offered was a $2 credit. They wouldn't replace the pizza. I only gave them two stars because they got one of the pizzas correct. I was a long-term customer but I will not return after the horrible customer service."
"We love their Artisan pizzas. Good variety and tasty mix of meats, cheese and veggies. You can build points to redeem for other food/discounts with sign up. BOGO Wednesday for 2 large pizzas with coupon is back. That's our weekly go-to. I always look forward to pizza night. Sadly the Harbour Point location closed so we use the Oxbridge location. Chesterfield County. We always pick up."
"We ordered a pizza from this joint and I was underwhelmed and felt ripped off! The pizza was so terrible! 7/11 has better pizza…. Also ordered a pepperoni and they sent a cheese. Can’t even take orders correctly. If ownership or management sees this just know you suck at life."
"HUGE FAN of this place!!! Have ordered here a lot but tonight they went above and beyond!! We explained how my teeth are sensitive and the last time they didn’t have marinara sauce..... there was a gentlemen who called back before sending the food out. To apologize for the minor issues last time, and to explain that he made my Stromboli personally!! And let me just say it was outstanding and amazingly good! Along with extra extra marinara sauce! This place always goes ABOVE AND BEYOND for their customers!! Much love for this place and MOST definitely recommend eating here when in the mood for AMAZING Italian!!"
