"I visited subway today and the customer service was horrible after I paid for my food delay, did not let me get the food and she asked me to call the manager and then I tried to call the manager and there was no response now I'm waiting for a response or manager to answer or for my food. I don't recommend this place at all."

"Worst subway I’ve been to in a long time. Woman preparing the food was barely paying attention, didn’t seem to care in the least. I get the job isn’t glamorous but maybe the smallest amount of attention/care is warranted. Didn’t bother folding Turkey, completely doused my sandwich in mayo after I asked her not to."

"Person making the sandwich was obviously sick and coughing everywhere while building my sandwich and wasn’t even trying to hide it. I get it, Ive worked in food service and restaurants and unless you’re literally on the verge of death, management/owners will insist you come in and are willing to risk as many peoples health than be short staffed, but at least have someone cover in the front while you work in the back away from others or make an effort to look like you’re not sick. I immediately threw away the sandwich in the bin right after she handed it to me and vowed never to step foot in that Subway ever again. I want to make a note that this is the second instance at this location which prompted me to leave this review as I wanted to give this place another chance and hoped the first time was just a “fluke”."

"I decided to try out this one because it was very close to my house but I was left disappointed. The cashier could barely speak English so I tried to make the communication as simple as possible so she could understand while I ordered two Spicy Italians. I also took an online survey because it's stated you'll get an offer of either 2 free cookies or a fountain drink of your choice in EVERY Subway. I presented my receipt from my previous transaction to the cashier but she denied it even though I wrote down the offer code at the top of the receipt as I was directed to. She kept shaking her head and so I called for the manager but the cashier did not call the manager for the next 5 minutes and instead moved onto another customer. When the manager showed up, she and the cashier were speaking another language while looking at my previous receipt and she also denied it. Unfortunately for them, the next customer after me stood up and stated that the free offer is indeed valid in EVERY Subways and that I have the right to file a complaint if they refuse to provide the offer. They simply gave up and I walked out with two free chocolate chip cookies in my hand. I thank the customer for sticking up with me and I'm glad I stood my case instead of just walking out. This Subway clearly does not value customers."
