"out of all starbucks i’ve been to, i haven’t been as disappointed with this one. workers have a lack of social skills and basic decency, they act confused when they didn’t hear your order correctly and make it a big deal when they have to correct it. they can barely look at you like your human, they don’t greet nor have any good departing phrases. no “happy holidays” “take care” or even a basic “have a good day.” it’s cool if you hate your job, but to be a decent human being takes nothing."
"This place always impresses me on how they are the only Starbucks in Richmond that is consistently out of EVERYTHING. It’s surprising considering that they only ever fill up their drinks like 3/4 of the way and get an attitude when you ask them to actually fill your drink. Why do I even go here?"
"No matter what day or time you go to this location, the attitudes along with the ridiculously slow level of service - regardless of whether its at the counter or the drive thru- is obscene!!! you shouldn't have to be sitting in the drive thru or waiting inside for your order for 10-15 daggone minutes! If you have a choice DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!"
