When I said I was in line to get something else, she asked if I had the mobile order and if I needed anything else. My husband ate the Red Velvet donut. He likes his icing on the light side, so the amount on this donut was a bit much for him. That's probably just fine for others. If I could get my muffins lightly toasted w/butter, it would be magical."

"I went to pick up an order I had placed online for 3 dozen donuts. When I arrived I was ignored at the counter for a period of time while the (presumably) manager continued talking to the cashier. Once I was I addressed, I was told they didn’t have an order showing for me. I showed my receipt on the app and suggested it might be because I was a few minutes early. The (presumably) manager approached and was incredibly rude. Instead of explaining the situation, I was told very aggressively and bluntly that she wasn’t giving me anything without them having their receipt print for it. To be clear, I wasn’t asking that they give me anything, I was simply confused and looking for an explanation. Overall, it was very uncomfortable."
