"I ordered the new Granola chia bowl and it was really good! Very fresh and I definitely am ordering again! My son had a sandwhich and smoothie. He ate it all so I know it was good! Fast service! Will be back!"

"I understand being low staffed at certain points of the day but that does not mean you have to be rude and dismissive. I have worked in food and was taught to have a good attitude and admit my mistakes. Just now I ordered food and a smoothie and so did my boyfriend. Side note when my boyfriend ordered the employee let out a disappointed sigh. We waited with no problem to get it but when I opened the bag my food was not there. I went back in and told the employee that I was supposed to get a flatbread and they said it wasn’t on the receipt even though they asked me what side I wanted with my food when I ordered. I got only a straight face asking if I want to order it and no apology. I ordered it again and upon receiving the food there was only a straight face and they said have a good day. No apology or emotion shown. At least admit you forgot to put it in. I’m so sorry I was hungry and went to a food place to get food."

"Second time coming to this location, and I will NEVER go back. The first time, last week, I had ordered my food in the shop. I waited 45 mins to get my order (I had seen a ton of preorders being made, so I thought I should do that next time). The second time, I had ordered online and even picked up my order an hour late. When I came in I had noticed my order wasn't off to the side. So, I asked the employee behind the counter to check. She said that the ticket is there, but nothing was made. Five minutes later I had received my drink, but no sandwich. I thought they were making it...I did not see anyone in the kitchen. I asked the employee behind the counter what is going on with my sandwich. She tells me that they were out of brie, so they didn't make the sandwich. I told her another sandwich to replace it with and waited for that to be made. Then I was given a card to a free meal there. I am not going back there. It is a waste of time, energy, and money to deal with that mess. On top of that, no one wears name tags or company shirts, so all the employees look like they just wondered in from off the street. Another employee was getting food to her friends and another had to be told to wash his hands. This place is shameful. My recommendation is to fire the current staff and find better employees."

"Doesn’t the owner of this location get tired of responding to negative reviews. Please do something with the staff instead. I was not going to leave a review but I decided to check this locations reviews on Google because I normally do not go to this location and wow so many bad reviews it is appalling. I had to go back and forth with the cashier about a coupon you could tell she did not want to enter my coupon details on the register….. then with an attitude she finally asked me what I would like. Honestly, I was afraid that my food items may have had spit or something in them. I did tip, but that’s because I was being polite (kill them with kindness) but I was not happy with the service and for now on, I will continue to visit the white oak village location."

"First off, out of stock with sides and no alternative for smoothies as a drink. Service was extremely slow and an employee was whining like another. Didn't even have the right sides for us and missing when the food order came out. I had asked for the jalapeno corn but ended up having to substitute for a banana because they didn't have any made, and again no chips. Smoothies took forever and seriously how do you offer this banana as a side. I've been to many tropical smoothies, this one needs serious help. When I finally got my smoothie, there was no flavor to it at all just tart."
