"Just another Starbucks with all the usual fare. Baristas are friendly, helpful, and fast. It can get crowded, especially during commute times. If you have to go left out of the parking lot during these hours, be prepared to wait. It can be a challenge."

"Lousy coffee! While the employees were very pleasant, the coffee was VERY disappointing. Yes, I know that it was 3 pm and a hot day, but still, why service a drive through customer a lukewarm cup of Pike?!?!?!?! I was so looking forward to an afternoon pick me up and was sorely disappointed."

"This Starbucks CONSISTENTLY gets my mobile orders wrong. I drink tea more than coffee so I usually get the tea lattes. I always order the Royal English Breakfast tea but on multiple occasions have been given Earl Gray tea instead (which is a very big difference). Two tea bags are supposed to come in the grande tea latte as well, and sometimes I’m only given one tea bag (even though I’m paying for two). This kind of negligence happens consistently at this location, more than others I’ve been to. It’s happened with coffee orders as well. I understand how busy the morning can get for them but this is just irresponsible."

"I usually drop by before work for a Carmel macchiato. The staff is always friendly and helpful. They get my name right on the cup. They do a great job getting people their orders quickly. It's the best part of my day sometimes."

"Nice location on River Road, just before you cross the Huguenot Bridge. Located at end of a high-end retail strip. Has an airy feel due to the vertical windows. Lacks outdoor seating, but has plenty of seats near windows. Includes: wifi. 4.5 stars!"
