"The drive through is horrendous. They always want you to pull up and wait. If you walk in no one will even look at you and acknowledge your there. I will out of my way to avoid that dump. Don't ask for ice cream because they don't have it."

"On January 9, 2024 at 1:39 pm, I placed a curbside order for the Kerwin Box (nuggets)! I arrive, give them my parking space number (4) and begin to wait! I waited and waited ( it’s pouring down raining)! I leave the spot and got to the drive thru window when I get stuck in line! Finally get to the window after y telling them what happened and I see the someone (later found out it was the manager) bring out food! Manager never comes to the window. Empire says they are remaking my food and what I ordered is discontinued, but I was able to place the order on the app! I tell them to please just refund my money because my lunch is over! He says it has to be done on the app which will not let me do it! So no lunch and I’m out $11.35! I call the franchise owner and to date have still not received any type of response or resolution! Just disputed the charges with my bank! Very bad business and I’ll NEVER go here again and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone else!!!"

"This review is from this morning ~10AM on 01/15/2024. Probably the rudest customer service experience I’ve ever had at a fast food place. At the first window, I was asked to move up closely to the vehicle in front of me and reach out the window to hand my card over for payment instead of waiting until I was actually at the window. The employee didn’t bother to confirm what order I was paying for, or told me the amount, or offered me a receipt. At the second window, again without confirming my order, the employee basically tossed the food at me, then my drink, and seemed very irritated that I asked for mustard. She didn’t even speak to me - even after I spoke to her. I’m sorry you don’t enjoy your job - maybe you should find another, sweetheart, because you’re not good at this one. And to top it off, my order was wrong. I asked for a round egg and found NO egg. But the label was on the wrapper correctly. I promise I won’t be back. And I knew better to go there but opted to give it another chance. Next time I’ll just go anywhere else."

"Slowest ever... like they weren't expecting anyone to order food. Today, they had no sodas, no ranch dressing, left items out of the bag and were rude... pretty standard at the Zion's location."

"Quite literally the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. The service is ridiculously slow even though they're hardly ever busy. Infamous for messing up orders no matter how simple they are. And they close down 20 minutes before they're supposed to. Also, it's always a mess inside. The stuff on the tables in the photos I attached have been on those tables since I arrived. Maybe even longer. And they were still there when I left. Don't go here."
