"Friendly staff, but the boston cremes here are a joke. The custard only goes 1/4 the length of the donut! I recently discovered that publix makes their own donuts, and they mop the floor with Dunkin's"
"Staffs are very good here. When 2nd day I came I realized that Tara remembered my breakfast order...and I didn't have to mention again what I want. 1st day I had a request that " Please don't touch my food with any kind of meat when you make in ( because I am Muslim and only prefer halal meat)"...and The next day when I came I didn't need to mention. After that every day I came here. Thank you all of you guys and special thanks to Tara."
"Never friendly and always slow. Drinks come out flavorless. Not much pride in the products they provide."
"Donuts are such a comfort food for me. Little lifesaver shaped gems of sweet goodness that put a smile on my face. Whether filled with creme, jelly, or custard, frosted and covered in sprinkles, glazed, or coated in sugar, I love them all. There were several locations to choose from in Richmond, but this one happened to be in the area I was shopping at. There were 2 workers kicking back and chatting as I arrived, and there no customers at all. The 2 gals couldn't be bothered to greet me as I entered.. It was mid day, so the selection wasn't great, but there was enough variety to get a dozen. My total bill was around $30 for a dozen, and 2 flavored coffee's. The counter was covered in crumbs, and spills, the straws were almost out, and the area was a tmess of discarded wrappers, spills, and more crumbs. Maybe I had arrived after a mad donut rush? Unfortunately, the chocolate covered creme filled donut I chose first tasted stale, and the maple tasted stale as well. I asked for a frozen coconut coffee, but got an iced coffee, so she had to remake it. We also had to ask for whipped cream on our frozen coffee's after she tried to serve them to us without. I have never had to ask for whipped cream before at any other location, it is automatically added. The coffee's were decent, but the donuts were not. It broke my little donut loving heart."
"This establishment is so unorganized. I mobile order a coffee to pick up through drive thru. When I got there the drive thur line was backed up so I decide I will just go in and get my order. I was the only person at the counter and no one acknowledged me. One lady would not even make eye contact. I asked if my order was on the counter I was told no but never asked for my name or what I order. After 3 min of this I left and went through the drive thur that was still backed into the street. After about 5 min of waiting I pulled around to the window braking in front of cars waiting. When the guy finally acknowledged that I was at the window after a min. He said oh your Courtney and handed me a Luke warm beverage. When tasting this signature salted carnal latte I realize there is no coffee in it. They have given me warm milk with salted Carmel flavoring. I will never return to this establishment again."
