"DO NOT EAT HERE! I stopped here on my way to a meeting and the service is very poor. Poor customer service with bad attitudes. layout makes zero sense & trust me they wouldn’t even try helping you figure it out. Food was disgusting and tasted old. Bugs everywhere & dont get me started on the MICE I’ve seen just sitting for an hour here. This place needs to be shut down ASAP"
"So I didn’t know I couldn’t use napkins to wipe my nose and mouth and place it on the table while I am still at the table. Person came to me to tell me she saw me cleaning my nose and I placed the napkin on the table that I was at and it’s nasty and I should not be doing that. I listened to her and said sure as I am uninterested in dealing with power freaks. I find this absurd as I have never had such issues at any other place I have been dining at. This person is the security person.I ended up speaking with the manager who apologized and gave me fruits before I left. I also called the security company that the employee belongs to and filed a complaint. Samson security services is the name of the company. Be careful, do not allow your dining in experience to turn into one where you are being harassed by security staff for wiping your nose and mouth with your napkins while you are seated at a table trying to enjoy your first meal of the day."
"Fast service and good food, what more could you want! Your typical shop in a major train station. But definitely one of the more healthier options in the station while your waiting for a train or just coming in for a visit."
"The lady making my sandwich was very nice (and fast) the coffee is good too. The cashier was also helpful when I used up the dollar coins you get from the DC metro. I first went to an Au Bon Pain in Boston in 1979. They are still better than a typical chain."
"Amazing service. Everyone that works here is so friendly, welcoming and very helpful. I stopped by for a quick breakfast and I’m glad I chose Au Bon Pain out of all the other spots at union station. Best breakfast at the station"
