"Edit: Thought I would give the store the benefit of the doubt and apparently some things don't change. Waited fifteen minutes for two drinks when the store was empty. Ended up having to come back inside because my drink was made wrong again. And yes I emailed customer service but received zero response. Tried this store multiple times. I've lost more money than coffee gained. Tried mobile ordering, drink was ready 15 minutes after the app stated and the off chance they did have my drink ready it wasn't made correct. There are too many Starbucks close by for me to lose more money at this one."
