"Sweet Leaf recently rolled out a new app. Points were not transferred from the existing app users to the new app, and as a result points were lost - in my case, several thousand points. I attempted to go in to speak with someone, but was met in an almost dismissive manner by the manger, who looked at my transaction history (which was not accurately updated/reflected) and must have decided that it was not worth her time. She told me that 'she had my email address and would look into it'. I emailed them separately to inquire on the status of this, but to no avail - no responses. The food itself is reasonably good, and the line staff always helpful and cheerful. Shame that their laissez-faire attitude from their manager left a bad enough taste for me to seek alternatives. UPDATE 1/19: I have left several messages via the app, and there has been zero response. The points which were converted were incorrect, and there has been absolutely no engagement from you."

We were attended by the Hispanic ladies who were super kind, I spoke w/ Veronica and she was super attentive and helpful thru the process, made a couple switches for me that definitely impacted my experience. I would definitely recommend this spot to any one around here. The ladies even recommend difference sauces for a better experience."

"It was my first time at this location and it was an okay meal. Super friendly and patient staff. I need a moment to think about what I wanted at the counter. I disliked the pineapple smoothie. It tasted like salad in a cup. Honesty truth. My date also was a bit upset in the nasty taste too. Besides that the bowl was okay. Honestly, not sure we’ll go back. I’ve had better fast casual bowls in the area."

"Great sandwiches, salads and service. It's easy to get in and out if you're in hurry, but also has a pleasant and inviting ambience if you're able to dine in. This location is easy to access as well.. Just a few minutes walk from the metro and you'll also find plenty of nearby parking options."
