"Saturday afternoon the weather is bad cold and rainy because this I need dark hot coffee and I came this Starbucks, I asked what I needed, immediately she said that we don’t have it this time ! And I said , all the time I came here by this time to grab dark coffee no one said we finished, why ? She didn’t answer it ! When I am looking for the boss I didn’t find anyone . I am so sad !"

"I come here often, but wanted to shout out this morning’s barista. He made my drink wrong by accident and insisted on remaking it for me even though I told him it was fine to just scrape off the extra whipped cream. I thought it was so nice of him because even though it was extremely busy, he chose to remake it despite me telling him it was ok."

"Actually a decent Starbucks as they do deal with HEAVY traffic. The amount of people can be overwhelming. Great customer service and the orders are always right. Love to go here in my morning walks. Treat yourself!"

"This is a very busy location at times and if you happen to order at the register, just be patient because mobile orders are priority. It does not bother me because I love the location: it has a beautiful plaza with shops, it has sittings outside both in the shade and sun, and last my decaf latte always tastes delicious. You can also enter with your friendly dog."

"I’ve come here two to three times now, and staff hasn’t been able to competently manage incoming orders with mobile orders. On three separate occasions, I’ve come here and had to add extra money to my parking meter while I wait for a simple two drink, two pastry order. This place’s service has been incredibly frustrating. My coffee shouldn’t cool in the time I am waiting for food. However, if you order ahead, you’ll get your drinks and food timely."
