"Surprised to see a new location -- very clean and orderly. More on the small side for staying in and sitting down as there's limited high-chair seating against a glass window. More on that: there is also one wheelchair accessible table by the door as well as outdoor furniture seating with an umbrella. I believe this is the first week they're open, so it's nice to see there's no major issues! Drinks are quick and there's no lines the few times I've been in the morning before work."
