"First off by letting me saying the hot chocolate was the worst I've ever had the double chocolate donut was as hard as a rock and the Boston cream was small with very little filling inflation has gone up service quality and food have gone way down I will not be going to the Dunkin' Donuts again"

"Guys, you have to add sugar to coffee/tea BEFORE you add the ice. It won't dissolve in a cold drink, and a mouthful of sugar isn't what I want when I drink my sweet tea/coffee. The service was fine though. Lady at the window was sweet."

"They have the worst customer service . You're waiting for 10 minutes before anyone comes and takes your order . Nobody in the building wears any gloves while making food or drinks. I’m absolutely disgusted by every person that works at this location. It’s the same service no matter the time or day. Everyone that works here needs to lose their job, I’ll be contacting HR after I post this review."

"October 31, 2018 I have now reduced the review to one star. The store folks don't even bother looking at the mobile orders until you walk in even though you have already paid. Then the dirt and mess is piling up. The store was brand new a year ago and now looks like it spent fifty years in Harlem of the 1970s. Either the franchise owners don't care or they don't know but there is a McDonald's across the street that has coffee. February 2018 was three stars A review: it has been two weeks since first coming and service was terrible. I had to beg, twice for my coffee and biscuit. The woman said she didn't know what Dark Roast was and just moved on. I am hoping they can get their act together but for now McDonald's is next door, which solves my issues but creates new ones for them. April 2017 was five stars Very clean, as it is brand new but the staff was welcoming. The Coffee was hit and tasty while the selection of donuts was brand."
