"I have bought three items from this place. Two of them ended up being broken. The third item, while not broken, is now useless to me because everything else doesn't work. I went back to ask about it and all I got in return was "No refunds". They do not have a return policy and couldn't care less that they sell broken items! The store is cluttered with junk laying all over the place and has a strange odor. The employees are very off-putting and rude. The whole operation seems very disorganized. Overall, I've had multiple poor experiences at this location and will be avoiding them in the future."

"Good service, Archery department is great! They always help me with choices on new Archery equipment and answer any questions I may have. The music department is the best in town, Allen always trys to get the music equipment that I ask for specicly. Lay away is also available there,which is a big help when you're on a tight budget."
