"Great looking store! Everything is neat and tidy! The manager working last night was so kind and helpful! The only reason I can't give a full 5 star rating is due to the lack of a certain brand of shoe, Asics. Other name brands (and even off brands) have several selections, however Asics had literally 1 option in the women's section. This is my favorite brand, I find I have to travel nearly an hour to the Middlesboro store to find a decent selection of Asics. We need to have a better selection of this brand on the Harlan store. The manager even brought up the different options online for ordering, which was great! However, I prefer to be able to try my shoes on before making a purchase. All in all, great store, but needs more Asics!"

"Today was the most horrible day at this place so I was looking for snowball shoes and this man came and ask us if we need any help so we had told him no but that we had been looking for snowball shoes and so he nods yet says to my family friend "so your brought him to try on shoes for her?!?!" we look at him in anger and disbelief and i shouted "IM A GIRL!!!!" he looks chuckles and walks off not even enough guts to even to say he was sorry the only thing I liked were the nice woman one was named Ashley and she was really helpful and the mans name was unknown but is someone that should REALLY PAY ATTENTION BEFORE HE SPEAKS"
