"Good prices but they don't necessarily have what you want. It's always a gamble going here."

"As a former retail and hospitality manager, this store is in gross need of a complete redo and reorganization. A lot of the clothing had holes, was dirty, and smelled like someone's dirty laundry. This is unacceptable for a charity. The glassware section was a disaster and looked as if a bomb went off. There was absolutely no attention to detail or pride in work. It was all just thrown on the shelves. If people are kind enough to donate their things to you, then you should have enough gratitude to display it to where it won't get broken. Also, the shelves and clothing racks could be displayed so much better. They were so close together I felt claustrophobic. I did find some nice clothing within all the mess and felt it was priced fair. The staff were not non friendly but they weren't friendly either. This store could be a beacon for the community if they would have an organization team come in and redo everything to maximize profits."
