"Enter the establishment and you are pleasantly greeted with a nice atmosphere, Benchmade under glass and jewelry to match. I had certain firearms in mind for my wife, who was in the market for pistols. The had quite a selection to choose from and it was hard to make a final selection because the condition of the firearms were brand new. I honestly could not believe at some of the discounted items, as there were new if not slightly used firearms. Truly and impressive store and I highly reccomend you visit this place, as it will be a stop in the very near future for us. Five Stars all the way. Keep up the great work boys and girls!"

"A very large selection of items for sale on display, an entire wall of long guns--from tactical rifles to hunting rifles and shotguns. A large selection of handguns, both new and pre-owned. Reasonable selection of knives also. Probably one of the largest selections of guitars for sale in the Princeton, WV area. Many acoustic, electric, basses, as well as banjos, mandolins and other musical instruments. They have amplifiers on the floor for sale, pedals, etc... This is a nice pawn shop with a good reputation and too much inventory to cover. I mention the guns and the musical instruments because they have a more complete inventory of both then many stores locally that specialize in guns or guitars. From tools to jewelry, video games and consoles to televisions and laptops, DVDs, Blu-rays, players, again... Simply to much to mention. And, of course, they are a pawn shop so you can pawn items there also. If there's something your looking for, you may just find it here and for a good price too. They also pay well for scrap gold. So if you need a short term small loan or just need to kill some time and make a rewarding impulse buy? Look no further. This is your place."

"The new employee named Ken dropped the ball. I spent more of my money than I care to mention there. Ken was fake. He had no people or customer service skills. He must have been handed criteria and said go for it , because his lack of performance and personality makes me think I was at McDonald's. Give him less hours. The owner is fair and straightforward and Ken was feeble and small minded. This place is better than him. He chewed food while he talked to me. That's gross. I felt like I was dealing with a generic Chumly."
