"Very disappointed in my experience this evening. We arrived at 8 and ordered and were also the ONLY customers there. We were told 10-15 minutes. After 30 minutes of waiting, I went to the counter to check on our order and nothing was ready. 10 minutes later they arrive with the food. Mine, burnt to the tray completely, I asked for a refund. I was told they would have to take the food back, which fine, not that it was edible anyway. He drops it down in the trash can and proceeded to process my refund all while i can see the employees huddled in the kitchen whispering. This is a shame, considering this was a place my family loved."

"We did take-out so I can't honestly comment on atmosphere but, considering how busy they are it must be great like their food. We were passing through, on our way to N.C. and stayed at Sleep Inn up the street. We had the Chicken, Bacon, Ranch Grinder (up north we call them subs). It was incredible. On our way home to Ohio, we stopped in Beaver-Beckley again and before we went to the hotel we stopped at Bellacino's for another grinder. This is now our stop over area and Bellacino's will be our place to dine. Check out their menu, sooo many dishes to choose from."

"Great pizza. The Bellacino's Pride was delicious. The toppings tasted incredibly fresh and the dough was just the right amount of "doughy" and crispy. We also enjoyed a pepperoni and bacon pie. The chef salad eats more like a meal, with all of the meats and extras that they put on it, then a salad. This is a great find. Decent value for the money."
