"Ordered online, first time trying this chain. Set my time for pick-up and still had to wait an extended time for someone to come to the counter. While I understand they're new and busy, based on how other systems are, it seems like a missed opportunity to be able to grab my order and go. Instead, I stood there 15 minutes staring at my order on a table out of reach. Got them home, and they seem just okay. Overall, not sure it was worth the price to me for a doughnut that's the same base regardless of what you pick. I'd ordered the fall pie sampler."

"Not as good as we expected. Just cake donuts dipped in whatever you want on them. The area where they are prepared is very messy and unclean which I understand that the toppings are sticky and messy but this was just too much. Tables were dirty. The box that they gave us was literally a sticky mess on the bottom and down the side so if you set it in your car seat or carry it, it will get all over your hands and your seat. There were more toppings in the box than on the donuts. They need a better system in my opinion. We went yesterday to try them and their system was down so they said it would be a wait so we returned tonight and it was a long wait anyway. Like 15 mins for 3 donuts. Employees are not quick at all and act like they are not properly trained on how to make the orders. $8.71 for 3 donuts. A dozen is over $20. No thanks on the price and service and food. I'll stick to Dunkin and Krispy Kreme."

"Lots of people will like these donuts, and they are good for the style of donut but not quite what I was hoping for. Duck makes them fresh to order. I recommend ordering ahead on the app. These are yellow cake donuts with just about any topping you can imagine. Cool concept, nice workers. I am not a huge fan of cake donuts. I prefer the fluffy soft donuts. I'm probably being a bit harsh, but it is what it is. I'm just being honest these donuts are not my thing, definitely not worth the half-hour wait for me. But you might like it. If you like brands like Dunkin, these are a huge step up. If you love places like Seavers or Auntie Ruth's, these won't be your style.ALSO EXPECT TO spend 20 bucks a dozen plus tax. 13.95 for a half dozen plus tax."

"Grand opening, quick service, and so many choices. The staff was very helpful and gave great suggestions. The donuts were very delicious, and the coffee was great. The store was very clean and kept. I wish the order line was not blocking the window to watch the donuts being customized. That would be a fun experience."

"Made to order personal cake doughnuts with dozens of varieties to choose from. Best eaten hot and fresh vs togo. Glad to see them expanding to the Tri Cities as I've been going to the Knoxville one for almost 10 years."
