Taco Bell

"I am here in Whitesburg Kentucky for a work assignment. I have frequent Taco Bell three times I don't eat beef or pork so I ordered a chalupa meal all items were to be made with chicken. Yet, when I received my order it was incorrect however the young lady quickly fixed it I was charged $11 and some change my next visit there was a male Manager, I ordered the same thing he charged me $15 explain to him that I was not charged that much before he became rude with me. Lastly my third order, today they messed my order up however they quickly fixed it and I was charged $13.98 I don't know what is the issue is however, it needs Corrections. This is the second place in Whitesburg that has done this to me."

"Ppl n place great but food was crying oil form meat love this place alway stop by n they mop forgot sum of our items the pic was after I clean it up a lil try eat one but it was bad I got more pic of napkins, wet with Grace from soaking it up kids got nachos they was on chicken quesadilla was ok"

"This Taco Bell is absolutely horrible. We went for dinner, approximately 6:15pm on a Thursday. When we pulled in the sign on the door said “lobby closed” My kids really had their hearts set on TB so I placed our order in the app to save time at the drive thru speaker, and in line. At the speaker I was told online orders take 10-15 minutes to show up inside. I’ve done this before, and I’ve never had to wait. The app showed they had received it. We are directed to pull around the building, park and wait before coming through the DT. Once they finally receive the order, we have to wait 10+ more minutes at the window for our food. I pull back around to the front of the store, park and check the food. My sons taco was not made correctly. I try knocking on the door to get it corrected, an employee looks over, makes eye contact and goes on about work so I walk to the DT window and ask for it to be corrected. They hand me another taco and I start back to my car, only to see it’s STILL NOT RIGHT. I slung it across their parking lot. I gave my son my taco and we drove across the street to Wendys picnic tables to eat. Then I find one of my tacos has the incorrect meat. We didn’t get forks, napkins, or sauce. I was very specific in the app about our order, and they completely destroyed it. As much as we enjoy TB, we will NOT go back to this location."

"Taco has stole my heart from day one. It's one of my very favorite places to eat. I wish that this taco bell specifically would do the correct portions because, your there one time and your power bowl is messy and over flowing. The next time your missing two or three ingredients. But, none the less they are always very friendly and courteous. Thank you taco bell for all your hard work and dedication."

"We had to make a latte night run for the border and get some grub and spentv around 35$... Well my order has been wrong last 3x... Well tonight took the taco when I get home to get my side of guac(we all no I had to sell my 1st born because it so expensive and this is what I got .. plus I didn't get my cheese dip for my chips soooo I'm sad but still gonna eat this stuff.,.. with lite guac and dry chips cause no chz..."
