"I went in and ordered a $5 biggie bag everything was okay while waiting for my food because I ordered it fresh I saw the young lady pick up a nugget and put it in my carton I assumed it was only three when I got my bag I began to eat my fries and when I reached for my nuggets the first 3 were fine unbeknownst to me the last one was spicy. I don't eat spicy food it causes cankers in my mouth but I had already put it in my mouth before I realized she put in one spicy nugget with my food I could not enjoy my food,, however when I tried to call all I received was a busy signal"

"If I could give this place no stars I would.. horrible costumer service the main manager was very mean and rude.. they got my order wrong and my burgers was cold and raw and she was just so mean about it.. I will never come here again and I will definitely be telling everyone I know not to go there as well"

"patties were cold to the point of showing white grease. Very bad food, we had to throw ours away. You can never get a manager when you call, they just lay the phone down and you can hear people in the background talking. But the person working the window was nice."

"Great staff, fresh, delicious food…the only downside was that whole store just seemed to have a mildew odor about it and the floors were so greasy you could easily slide and potentially fall. It made it difficult for my sister with disabilities to navigate alone."
