"I’m an elderly woman and my daughter and I went to Big Sandy in Pikeville Ky to purchase a sectional for my living room. The sales lady showed me the sectionals that were in stock and after looking at all of them, I made the decision to purchase one. The sectional that I purchased (financed), was shown to me as a sectional and priced as one price for all three pieces. I talked to Brad in financing and at the end of our conversation I asked him if I needed to sign anything and he said “nope, I’ll take care of it.” The sectional was delivered on a Wednesday without the wedge piece (which makes it a sectional). I called the Pikeville store and was informed that I had to purchase all three pieces of the sectional separately. Their online ad shows only one price for all the pieces and it’s sold as a sectional. The showroom floor piece that I looked at was all three pieces put together and sold as one price. No one ever informed me that I would have to purchase a wedge piece separately and no one ever informed me that the wedge piece wasn’t in stock and would take five weeks to come in. The sales lady even admitted to making a mistake by not informing me, and when Brad gave me the price for my financing, he never gave me two different purchase prices for the couch and for the loveseat. He gave me one total price. Now they are saying my paperwork is online and they still haven’t sent me anything. They are trying to adjust my price so that I will have to purchase the wedge piece before I get it. I’ve told them to come and get the furniture because they will not take accountability for their mistake and are trying to make me pay for something that they did wrong. It’s a shame that people can’t be honest anymore and what ever happened to the customer always being right?"

"I don’t think there’s enough space for my enjoyable experience with Haley at the Pikeville Ky. Superstore. This young lady was very professional, NO pressure, honest as anyone I’ve ever met. We thought we knew what we wanted then we see such a huge selection our choice changed several times. Haley’s patience’s were superb . I was very impressed with her knowledge with every selection we had a interest in as she let US make our choice as she calmly worked with us I seen she truly wanted us to be happy with our choices. No pressure sales pitch other than being honest with what was best for us from being kid friendly to the comfortable sitting. I’m so grateful for her honesty, sense of humor, down home personality.
