"I really hate to even do this, but the overall look of my car after he repaid it from me hitting a deer is fine except my grill. It was not even damaged when I went in for a repair I receive my car back and they completely scratched it up (looks like it was drug on pavement), I asked him about it and he said that must’ve been something on his part that he would order me a new one to just come back on December 28 to come get the new one put on. Well I called a few days before to see if it was in and it was not. It is now May 26 we have called countless times and he has “ordered it” and is it on back order but we have not heard anything from him. He now will not return our calls."
