"So I've been to plenty of subways this one is above the rest, the person behind the counter was a young adult, he was absolutely amazing this was @5:15pm 6/28/2023, after all my years going to subway and ordering the spicy Italian, he made me the best subway spicy Italian I ever had, he also can carry a good conversation, I don't remember his name but subway I'd take care of him he is a great employee for your company, definitely would recommend this subway over others, and if you get there when this young gentleman is working your bound to have a great customer experience and an amazing subway sandwich"

"today i walked into a subway with a dead bird by the door now this should have been my first mistake but nevertheless i have confidence in this establishment so i soldiered on i got into the subway and they were out of over half of the sandwich toppings. Now i realize all of this is not the fault of this local subway however my issues go all the way to the top. I ordered a six inch “grilled chicken” that had WAY too much chicken since my usual, the oven roasted chicken, was discontinued. I got my two measly toppings and some sweet onion sauce which is most definitely teriyaki sauce now the recipe is completely changed and then i was rang up for a total of $7.07, now don’t get me wrong subway is well within my tax bracket but it’s the principle of the matter that irked me. This sad next to no topping not even what i normally ordered sandwich is, in the eyes of subway, worth OVER A DOLLAR PER INCH that is completely ridiculous. If the sandwich had been good maybe i’d change my mind, but to value your subpar corporate chain capitalist nightmare sandwiches at over a dollar per inch of sandwich is absolutely and irrevocably absurd. If you want me to pay that for a sandwich then it needs to at LEAST be something even somewhat noteworthy. this sandwich was cold even after it was toasted, the cheese didn’t melt there was too much chicken, the bread was stale which is typical and part of the reason i wanted it partially toasted, one of the tomatoes was literally a top slice with the center missing and completely yellow despite coming from a red tomato, the sweet onion sauce was changed and tasted not at all like what it normally does it’s also a red color now which i would’ve preferred for my tomato not my typically yellowish hued sauce, and despite all that this nightmarishly mediocre sandwich was valued at $7.07 now I don’t have anything against this particular subway or any of its workers but as a society i do think we need to riot corporate subway nationwide and shut them down permanently or demand change thank you."

"Forgot items on my order. Did not follow special instructions. Very disappointed in their lack of understanding clear instructions. Ordered cheese on my sub, never got it on there. Special instructions was to put tomatoes on one side of the sub (since it was a footlong being shared) and jalapenos on the other side. Did not do that and just put it everywhere. Too much mayonnaise to."
