"I remember dairy Queen being better back in the day. There was no one there. Just the staff The chicken strip basket lacked flavor. The hamburgers were it very good It didn't look clean like I remember it. It has been years since I have been there. But what a difference. It's a shame. Made me sad"

"Ordered online . Had to wait 10 min longer for food I was ok with that. Then they didn’t bring the condiments I ordered . I also ordered onion rings 2$ upcharge and got undercooked fries and bread not toast."

"It sucks that the service is so bad for the food to be so good. I have never been through the drive though WITHOUT them missing some part of my order making me have to get out and go in and get it. This ruins the point of the drive through. Not to mention the drive through is not FAST at all. Takes at least 10 minutes (usually more) to get through. The staff are ok, the food is great ,but the service and convenience is HORRIBLE."

"My wife and I went in to get some dinner. After waiting about 10 minutes just to order, the cashier finally acknowledged that we were there. We placed our order at 6:11 p.m. at around 6:20, the girl was again telling the cook our order. In the mean time, at least 2 customers placed and received their orders, with one coming back and making and recieving a second order. At around 6:30, my wife went to the counter to find out what was taking so long. She was told that there was a problem work making our order, and they needed the manager. Unfortunately, he was in the bathroom! He finally emerged at 6:35, and my wife asked for our money back. The refund was given at 6:37. That's 26 minutes! Our order was simple ( 2 cheeseburgers, no pickle, and one cheeseburger with lettuce, tomato and mayo, and a couple of drinks! ) so I can't figure out the problem! This is not the first time I have gotten pitiful service here. And from the number of negative reviews, this place should be shut down! This was the last straw, I will not patronize this location EVER again. Dairy Queen is a great place to eat, just not this one!"

"The food is great and the staff are friendly. The men's restroom is clean, but the toilet paper is a little on the rough side. Other than that, no complaints. I will continue to eat there for the foreseeable future."
