Papa Johns Pizza

"I ordered online and drove 20 minutes to wait. Wait in I line for 10 mins ppl making pizza and whatever they do there was only 3 ppl there and 3 customers in line not one soul talk to us then more ppl come in then more there was 8 ppl there the time of someone looked back and then asked whatever we had to ask for my order. Didn't get the icing for my oreo."

"We will not be ordering from this location again even tho it is convenient. Today my almost 80 year old mother living off social security ordered pizza and a 20% tip, roughly $90 for my dad's 79th bday dinner. We put in for pickup at 5:15 but somehow it went for asap pickup. We called but we're told there was nothing they could do. I spoke to Sandy, manager, who was snarky and rude with no help, I was told to go online to find the franchise owner info (this afternoon she yells to the other employees if they knew). When picking up the pizza my mom asked the young man 'are you aware of why I am so upset?' I'm well aware, you can pay for another order. My mom says I can't afford that, the response she got shook me to my core 'WELL NEITHER CAN WE' No apology. No nothing!"

"I went in with a complicated order so I have to give credit for the service I received. Mr. Brandon was patient and willing to make sure my order was right. My children enjoyed and it looked good."

"After working all day, and coming into your establishment I encountered Brandon. Brandon night shift manager in Madison Heights Va was incredibly rude and condescending. I simply expressed that there was a misunderstanding about the type of pizza that I ordered. I ask if I could receive a refund. I was denied a refund. I also asked if I could receive store credit. I was also denied store credit. I went on to express my concerns with Brandon about not properly educating the customer. Brandon asked if I wanted to be BANNED He kept insisting that HE was right and myself as the customer was in so many words at fault. Brandon also wouldn’t give his last name. Brandon said that he was the only Brandon that works at that location. This is definitely a HORRIBLE representation of your brand. This guy has 0000 customer service skills and he definitely doesn’t care about YOUR customers. I hope this isn’t a representation of your franchise. To top it off this is the Papa John’s right in my community. I’m afraid if Brandon is to remain the manager you’ll lose plenty of business. This is very sad that he is an employee of this restaurant. He is a horrible, horrible, HORRIBLE GM. I wish I could give 0 stars. His attitude is horrible. He treats your customers horribly."

"The service from the younger man who was running the cash register was great but he ended up leaving to do deliveries and my plan was to tip him but the crew in the back whew minus the guy doing the dough he was in his own lane my crust was a lil flimsy lol but yes said I wouldn’t go back but ended up trying just to get a freebie and it was not worth it. Now the person who came in from doing deliveries ( the only one wearing a mask) was cool too. But they obviously didn’t want or like my money. But not all the two delivery drivers who were briefly on the register had great customer service."
