"are selection of clothing and decently prices. My biggest issue is you take clothes in that are in practically new condition and I’m told they’re not selling those style jeans. They were the style everyone’s wearing in addition to AE brand. Well looking for new jeans on the rack there are tons of Walmart and target in Old Navy jeans yeah you don’t accept namebrand. This didn’t make much sense to me if they are that “selective”"

"The girl helping me when I tried to sell my (originally) $70 Express jeans was very rude. She looked at me like I had three heads and when she did look at the jeans, she said they weren’t taking “skinny jeans” when they were actually high waisted straight leg pants, not skinny jeans at all. It’s a shame because I like the clothes they have there, but after this, I won’t be buying from them anymore."

"This Plato’s in particular has some of the nicest employees at any Plato’s. They also have the most reasonable prices for any Plato’s I’ve been to, people complaining don’t understand that THIS IS A BUSINESS THAT MAKES A PROFIT! This is not a “get rich quick” fix. It’s ridiculous to ridicule kind workers and throw a fit when they follow rules they’re given. If you don’t like the selling process, take it to goodwill or sell it yourself."

"Customer service really needs improvement. No cordial greeting upon entry or exit. General attitude from staff as if you are interrupting their conversations. There were 4 clerks on duty and the store was not busy yet we waited both for fitting room assistance and to purchase. Staff was simply inattentive."

"If you are looking to sell clothes, please skip this place. My friend and I dropped off clothes to be sold, I asked them how long the process would take hoping to be there for no more than an hour. They answered twenty minutes, we waited 45 minutes, half in the store and the other half in the car. When we did look throughout the store I saw used items being sold for extremely outrageous prices. Three hours after we got a call that they where ready. They did not end up buying any of the pieces my friend and I brought. I picked out clothing items without wear and tear, barely worn and they did not want to buy them. This included a custom skirt with expensive stitching unlike any other piece. I inspected my friends clothes before coming and folded them as well, there was a gorgeous unworn top and a custom white corset that had never been worn either and without stain."
