"I travel around the country and this is one of the only Burger Kings that gets it right. Food is usually good here. The franchisees obviously try to keep the place looking nice inside, too. Wish all BKs were like this."

"I ordered 4 items from the drive thru. 15min later no food20min later still no food. Was told by the 3rd person I spoke to that they had it on the truck. Why sell something when it is not in the house Why not just say we are out at this time. I try to do business with locally owned business. But can not go to this business any longer. This is not the first time for this business. But it will be my last."

"Friendly employees. The burgers are usually fresh. Although, there have been many times an item is added that was requested to be left off, such as ketchup. Also, an item I am charged extra for, like cheese will be missing. My biggest complaint is the grilled chicken would have to be remade more often than not because it would be completely dried out, like jerky. However, the last time I ordered I was told there would be a wait because they've been making them fresh. It was much better! I'd prefer a little wait time to begin with, opposed to having to come back and having to wait for it to be made again anyway. Breakfast needs improvement. The French toast sticks have either not been left in the fryer long enough and are served soggy & greasy or they're left too long & they send them out so dark & hard you cannot eat them. The chickens nuggets, which are pretty decent at any other time also tend to be tough when ordered during the morning shift. As I mentioned earlier, the people who work here, be it morning or evening, all smile and are friendly. The issue is with the people preparing the food. They just need to pay a bit more attention to the details."
