"Loved visiting this Wendy's! Great service. Clean Dining room. Fresh, hot food. The local Wendy's in the area where I live are AWFUL. This one is 1000x better! AND... as a bonus, they actually check their temperatures on the food like they supposed to, NEVER seen that in our local restaurants (which is why I got fresh food here and rarely ever in Colonial Heights, Va and Stony Creek, Va!) Way to go Management & Staff of the Appomattox Wendy's! Doing it Dave's Way! Wish our local Wendy's would follow Dave's Way of food service!!"

"I went in the drive thru, and my order wasn't right, and everything was extremely cold. The sweet tea was too sweet and hot because they didn't give us much ice. The gentleman who corrected my sandwich was very mannerable when I had to go inside, which was also an inconvenience."

"Absolutely one of the worst Wendy's ive been to. The customer service is horrible. Honestly scared to eat there due to the employees in the back being around the food. I mean come on your working with other peoples food go clean yourself, put a hair net on and wear some gloves. Id rather drive to lynchburg just to get a daves double. And its not just one time that ive seen this. Its the past year or so. Its gone down hill pretty poorly."

"Went thru the drive-thru and order two #6 spicy chicken meals. And everything was horrible. Fries sucked. Chicken was so thin and cold. Tired of handing money over for food I use to love. And the younger generation of employees need to find a better attitude and a better work ethic."
