"The gentleman on drive thru was exceptionally pleasant and our sandwiches were fresh and fries were hot! It’s been ages since l had a good tasting meal from a fast food restaurant. Only reason we gave 4 stars was the wait, but worth it. Thanks so much and Merry Christmas"

"Night shift always something. Hair in food. Asked for hot fries he lied Asked for no cheese or salt, got both.Not very professional. Asked if he heard if they were getting salad back. He told me when they discontinued which I knew . I asked again and he said, " I ain't Ronald McDonald." Breakfast staff is good. They are professional, polite, and fast. Always check your food before you leave."

"Ordered fries at 10:28. The cashier stated that I could not place my order, for it was not 10:30. She never said, Sorry. May not seem like a big deal. But where is the customer service? She could have said, "Sir, I will be more than happy to place the order, but it will take a couple of minutes. When I spoke to the manager, there was no apology. Once again, where is the customer service? They did not seem to care about losing business."

"This has got to be one of McDonald’s worst restaurants in the country. I’ve traveled through almost all states and this one is terrible. Corporate McDonald’s is dropping the ball by not doing something about this spot. Since I live here, I’ve been desperate a few times and have given them multiple opportunities to just be average, and they fail every single time. They ask you to pull forward and then you wait for your order. Then the person brings the food out and it’s the wrong food. Every time. Every single time. Then they ask you for your receipt because somebody shorted you on your order and the person taking the money is not handing out receipts. When you finally do receive the food ordered, it’s cold. (fries especially but not exclusively). Some of the people are nice but this place reeks with incompetence. And that’s the manager and Corporate’s responsibility."

"What happened to customer service there? Ordered food for my granddaughter and I from the kiosk and chose to have the meal brought to us and all they did was call out the table number, why offer a service if you are not going to follow through. I understand if they did not have the help but there were plenty of people working there as well as some managers sitting at a table laughing it up, not to mention all the employees who were hanging out that were off getting all of the attention instead of paying customers getting waited on in a timely manner. My granddaughter wanted me to order a sundae and it took 20 mins after I ordered. I went up and the little cashier man went an got it an offered no apology. Horribly managed location, hope they hire a staff that cares soon."
