"To Whom It May Concern, On January 10th. 2019 - My husband and I made a trip from Salem to Cato's in Covington, Va. During the shopping I became disoriented, confused, and very much out of sorts. Thankfully, Christine, an employee there noticed right away that something was wrong and continued to check on me. Apparently my sugar levels had dropped and Christine, having special medical training, immediately saw to my needs. She sat me down, fed me an orange, stayed with me, and comforted me till the worse had passed. She gave me sound medical advice and even offered to call an ambulance to ensure all was well and I was safe. All this she did for me, a stranger, and I can only wonder how much more she would do for friends. A thousand "thank you's" would be inadequate in expressing my deepest gratitude for all she did in helping in me in my time of great need. In closing, I commend the one who hired her and hope Christine gets the recognition she deserves for her kindness.
