"I just went through the drive thru. I asked for bacon add butter biscuit combo w/ fries and "LARGE"Sweet Tea. I got to the window and notice a medium Pepsi. I asked the guy with the gauges if that was a large tea because on receipt it had a Pepsi. He "rudely" said I did not tell him that and I said yes I did. He got the tea and I said to him that I did say LARGE tea. He said rudely I did not and shut the window. I can not stand someone telling me I am a liar!!!! If you have employees like that I will not be coming back!!!!!!"

"The staff is so rude and incompetent. I had to repeat my order 4 times while ordering. The staff member taking the ordered acted as if he didn't understand the simplest of words that I was speaking. When he finally "understand" my order was still incorrectly made. I had to have my order remade 2 times and each time the employee threw/shoved my order back to me. I'm not sorry that I'm paying $40 and would like my order correctly made. This location additionally needs to update their stores hours, so don't go off Google's hours of operation. I've been in Salem for the last 2 years and this location has staffing issues and they close at 2 pm each day. Considering this facility is only open until 2pm, I don't understand why they're so miserable and down right rude. I guess that says something to the fact, why these people don't care, if they're rude and incompetent."

"Love their steak biscuits & sales on different breakfast sandwiches. Very polite workers & greetings from cashiers. Wish they could stay open longer."

"Walked in close to closing at 1:50 in the afternoon. Service was lousy. Fries were old and cold and never should have been served. We enjoy Bojangles, but not this location. Cashier had an attitude."

"The chicken sandwich was great. However, the fries were awful. Usually, the fries are wonderfully seasoned, crisp but soft in the middle. These were limp and tasteless."
