"So happy we came across this Chick-fil-A.... it had a play place that was clean and well maintained. This was a blessing because we had just been on a 4 hour road trip and our toddler needed to burn some steam. Our food was quick and very fresh. No dried up soggy fries or chicken was served here. Everything was hot and juicy."

"An excellent Chick fil a. Kailynn took our order and checked on tables to make sure everyone had what they needed. She was very kind and attentive. Our food was quite good and the place was clean including the bathrooms."

"My star review, it is with a lot of experience with eating here almost every day. This is for choice over other fast food places much better but not without its own problems Overall, I give services 5 stars because the people are polite and efficient. I am always impressed. Food is another story, unfortunately. Chicken soup could be very hot and watery or the last of the bottom of the pot cold and thick. Chicken strips a great when hot and fresh, but most times are cold, Fries the same sometimes no salt added. I hope this helps management serve better food"

"Food was great, we just moved to Salem and I guess we got spoiled from our old chick fil la. Employees were very rude, no need to ask for dine in, everything comes in a bag and you have to eat off napkins."

"Their food is delicious. Chicken is tender and juicy, the bun is soft. Fries is yummy especially their dipping sauce. Worth every penny you spend here. A lot of people eating here dine in or take away, they also have drive thru."
