"My semi-truck broke down outside of roanoke and I was bracing for a long wait. Called The Mobile Mechanic, and they were life-savers. The technician, Jerry was not only skilled but also really knowledgeable about semi-trucks. He had all the parts and tools right in his truck. Amazing service!"

"Made an appointment to fix the starter in my vehicle at 2pm. Jerry was a no show. Called him multiple times and he would not answer calls or text. Had to wait an hour and a half when he said he would be there in 30 minutes and then pay 80$ for him to run a diagnostic test that is free everywhere else for him to then stand me up to actually fix the starter the next day at 2pm. It was a waste of money and I recommend just calling a tow and a real mechanic shop if you are in need."
