"Okay this is by JG. So I will remove the price factor from my ratings (as well as the lonely fly that buzzed us for 20 min:) Went for lunch on a Friday and here's my breakdown: Three appetizers: butternut squash soup was good, not too buttery and just right in terms of viscosity. Tuna tartar was great with yuzu sauce--excellent pairing with the tangy finish. Burratta cheese with fig sauce and balsamic finish is equally satisfying with mild but subtle competing flavors. Two pasta dishes: homemade linguini with clam had an innovative twist with green chili sauce and mint reduction. Refreshingly tingling taste but not over powering. But oversaltiness was too much after a few bites. Same problem with the ragatoni with meatballs only worse. Interestingly the staff told us they heard many similar complaints but stated this is an intended seasonal modification from summer to winter. Not sure if that makes sense when there r multiple complaints. Desert: lava chocolate cake was good, rich, creamy but not overly sweet. Coffee was aromatic and smooth. Beverage service was a bit slow maybe bar was backed up but the staff was polite enough to recognize and apologize. Overall met the mark but have to say the lunch options are limited and not sure how often it gets updated. May not be back for lunch any time soon. Dinner is a separate matter (if I could afford it)"

"Another great dinner at Marigold's! The atmosphere was spot on and the food was to die for. From the stellar drinks to the sushi appetizer (best we have ever had), the dinner had us raving. My wife and I had the Ribeye for two and added on the mushrooms. The service was impeccable and the food was out of this world (sorry if I said that already). We also found out that the beef was local making this true farm to table. If you are on the fence, jump over and make a reservation ASAP, you will not regret it!"

"12/18/ 2023- Marigold’s At KESWICK Resort - KESWICK,VA -Great location, view & food. it’s a little bit pricy.for Sunday lunch. Portions could be larger as I had 2 Fish Tacos and for the $ should have had 3 on that entry. Menu should include Brunch Items as well. My wife’s Rigatoni was a bit skimpy as well. Still good was excellent in taste. Service was Excellent & atmosphere is fantastic looking out for miles over the Golf Course. Great place to visit on special occasions but for reasons mentioned it isn’t going to be a regular choice for us."

"Had a lovely dinner here. The cocktails were very good - ginger margarita. The crunchy maitake mushrooms were truly amazing. The avocado pizza, watermelon salad and lemon tart were good. I did not care for the corn pot stickers or the tuna tartare. Overall, a pleasant experience and I do plan to dine here again."

"Marigold by Jean-Georges is an excellent restaurant that offers a great dining experience for breakfast and dinner. The stunning views and cozy fireplace create a warm and inviting atmosphere. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our meal. We enjoyed every dish we ordered and even returned for a second breakfast before leaving. I highly recommend trying this restaurant. Breakfast: Eggs Any Style = Fresh and delicious Dinner: Tuna Tartare = Perfectly seasoned, not too spicy Sauteed Greens = Flavorful and enjoyable Faroe Island Salmon = Excellent, I cleaned my plate Icelandic Cod = The coconut added a delightful touch of flavor."
