"My visit at 1/13/2024 at around 3:15 "Hold on a minute" Waited 15 minutes. Never got to order. I did get to hear a fight between staff members because they un-muted their headset."

"I know most people only leave reviews if they’re negative but I want to shout out Tim. They were out of the honey butter and he offered to make a different sandwich and was very apologetic about not having it. A situation that may have been negative ended up being not too bad."

"Known locally as "the good Wendy's" lol. They usually are spot on with food. I've had a few mistakes lately but as with most fastfood joints, turnover is always high. Hard to keep folks trained when you're always training someone. Anyway, I still use this Wendy's when I get them. Very good overall. The newish Cobb salad has got me hooked. I do wish they had kept my southwest though. That was the best salad!!"

"Update and revised rating: Saturday night: 2/5/2022: Whatever they did tonight, they should bottle it. Nice job. The order taker was polite and welcoming. The staff was enthusiastic, the order accurate, the burger and fries hot and well-prepared. It's amazing what a motivated team can do and they seemed to be enjoying themselves. Night and day from my previous visit. I hope the owner appreciates particular group. Prior Review (August 2021) I have to agree with Casie’s Ponton's review from below. This Wendy’s has no counter service so they can focus entirely on drive-through. Yet the drive-through takes forever. Several cars have just given up and left. Not sure if they’re understaffed or if the system just isn’t working well. They seem woefully unprepared for the dinner crowd. 20 minutes on line and counting. People want to come but the wait is making them think twice."
