"I did not have a good experience and the waitress (Amber was not attentive to my complaint). She needs more customer service training. Poor managerial experience. She affected the waitresses tip amount. Firstly, our wait was approximately 45 minutes after being seated to receive our food. Mine came out cold, my wife's came out cold and the salmon was dry/hard. My sister-in-laws steak was burnt when she ordered it medium rare. When I was trying to explain to Amber that since my food was cold and had to wait for it to be re-heated, she said it was nothing she could do for my concern, but she gave my sister-in-law a discount. Amber is not a good manager and needs additional training."

"We enjoyed an excellent dinner at The Roadhouse. From the service to the food, everything was outstanding and our leftovers were enough for a second dinner at home. I had the Fort Worth Ribeye with a loaded Baked Potato and I can honestly say the steak was delicious. "The Legend" Margarita was very tasty as well!!!"

"Texas Roadhouse is pretty much everything you can want in a chain steak house. I ordered the steak kabobs. The meat was absolutely amazing. The sauce on the steak was next level. I love how they didn't skimp on the well-cooked vegetables. The corn and rice was also seasoned well. Plus, you get pretty much all the rice you could ever eat. The server was super friendly, although I wish he visited our table a little more often. I ordered some bread rolls to go for my sister, and the server gave them to use for free!"

"Very good restaurant, if you like steak and chicken BBQ. I had the New York strip and it was delicious. Full of flavour and tender. The fried onion starter is good, but you would need a party of 6 or 7 to finish it! Good atmosphere and the staff are attentive and helpful."

"This Texas roadhouse needs a good cleaning, trash on the floor, dirty bathroom, grease covered menus, tables and chairs not cleaned. Our food was cold, my baked sweet potato and my husbands fries, the prime rib was at least 1/3 fat, the rolls and salad were good. The wait staff were very pleasant, but our steaks arrived the same time as our salads. I spoke to the manager on duty, but she only offered excuses, blamed staff, acted like she was annoyed with my concerns. The quality of the food is good, prices are fair, but if management accepts these conditions its unfortunate for the customer."
