"Come prepared to avoid embarrassment! Our waitress neglected refills, and despite our efforts to signal with stacked plates, she never came to clear them. I left a $10 tip, but she insisted on $20, causing a public scene. Despite this, the food deserves a 4/5 rating."

"Music is nice. Some of the food wasn’t that hot & there were no crabs available for the $15 dinner menu. I’d recommend getting lunch, since it doesn’t seem the dinner food availability stands out."

"I went there yesterday with my boyfriend for a nice dinner. Our time there was anything but nice. To start off with the food tasted good, but the Mac N Cheese was cold. We were working on our 3rd plate that's when the waitress rudely came over and put our check book on the table opened it up and said to us "YOU PAY NOW YOU PAY NOW"! So, my boyfriend and I paid them 41 dollars because it was around 40 dollars, we weren't done paying yet because we were going to add in a tip for 6 dollars . Just as we were about to tip she came back counted the money and said "WHAT ONLY ONE DOLLAR TIP". We were not done tipping yet my boyfriend was about to reach into his wallet to find a five and that's when she came over and did that. She would not leave until we gave her more money. We were embarrassed and I am livid. I would not waste my time coming here ever again. The rest of the staff was great, but however that one waitress just ruined it for not only me but for the rest of the staff! I am highly disappointed!"

"We always stop here with the kids when we pass through Charlottesville. It's faster in and out than having to order and it exposes the kids to new foods to try. The hibachi grill and sushi are always solid and everything on the buffet is well prepared. Good prices and always good service."

"I was there four or five years ago it was a lot better. Now the eggroll was empty, stuffed shrimp was all stuffed no shrimp, the salmon was dry no taste, no pork just chicken this and chicken that. The mushrooms were good, steamed broccoli was good, and I thought at least the ice cream would be good. It was very hard Frozen, it seemed like Hershey sent them old ice cream that's been around a long time. I told the manager my opinion of the food told her to get rid of the stuffed shrimp. I go to a takeout Chinese restaurant in locust Grove called Topps. Maybe they should get their food from the same people. She said hope you come back I said no thanks."
