"Visited this Arby’s yesterday. The lady at the window asks, “DO you want to hear a joke?” Being nice, we said sure. She proceeds to tell us a terrible racist joke. The food, we had to pull up because they said they were waiting for fries. We get the fries and they are barely warm. The roast beef was ok, but it was cold. Lesson learned about this Arby’s."
"Service was great. Beef & Cheddar were less than ideal. There was too much cheddar on the sandwiches. Usually I like a little extra but this was so much and it oozed all over that the sandwiches were slippery and hard to hold. Chocolate shake as usual was very good."
