"I went in there, no greeting which is fine, no big deal. but when we went to check out line we were ignored for a long period of time. then we were charged for a cup we never received in our bags. However when I got home I called telling them the situation the service was slightly better over the phone and she said I could come pick it up. The place alone is amazing, the service in store however not great. I will probably not come back again to this location."
