"We dined at Bjs last night for my son n laws birthday. At first I did not think we were going to get a table in a timely manner but to my surprise we were seated pretty quickly. The waiter we had, John had a full load of tables across the restaurant, but agreed to take our table on. He was amazing. I cannot say enough about his personality and promptness even though he was slammed. I appreciate the hostess also that was keeping the flow of seating going. Great food and we cannot say enough about John."

"Waiter was very awkward. Didn't alpogize when should have. We first ordered drinks and app, the Mac cheese balls were not available so we chose the Sriracha queso. My strawberry lemonade tasted like bottles lemon juice. The queso came out cold and filled less than half of the bowl. We told the waiter and he took it back but said NOTHING. He came back and it was cleary thrown into the microwave, intensely hot and burning our mouth. Cheese stuck to the sides cuz it most likely bubbled over. Nothing about this cheese was Sriracha. It was definitely Velveeta with maybe a spoon full of salsa. And we all kno what happens to velveeta...gets hard quick. Next came our burgers which took awhile. They were hot, very hot. Burger was decent, fries weren't the best."

"We arrived about 15 minutes after opening. Being the ONLY customers, the waitress was quick to take our drink orders. But that’s where it ended. It took 1.5 hours for two people, the only two people, to eat lunch. We stopped here hoping it would be quick as we had a long driving day, but it seemed as though the wait staff didn’t care - and from the photos you can see they had nothing else to do. The food is your average BJs food, so I always hope the experience will win me over. Not this time I guess."

"The photo attached is what is supposed to pass as Parmesan crusted chicken. I have no complaints about our server other than to say that she did not check on us after we ordered & our food took quite a bit of time to come out even though it was a pretty dead Tuesday evening. The chicken was somehow burnt but also rubbery. I mentioned to our server that the chicken was fairly burnt but I was too hungry to wait for another entree & her response is that the chicken is normally fairly dark but offered to bring me another side to compensate. I ate what I could (which wasn’t much) & left the rest. I flagged down another server after finishing (ours was nowhere in sight) & asked to speak to a manager but no one ever came. Once we eventually received our check they did take off the inedible entree & the server apologized again. We come here because they have a fairly large menu but it seems every time we do there is some sort of issue with either food or just poor staffing. Can’t say I’ll be returning any time soon"

"This was my 1st visit and I usually don't rate any place on 1 visit. However when we arrived we were seated and after about 15 minutes of being ignored I was about to leave when a waiter came over and said he noticed we hadn't been helped and it wasn't his section but he would be glad to take care of us. He took our order and didn't write anything down at all and it was a good amount of food. Everything came just as we ordered and the food was excellent. Everything we ordered was very good, and the waiter was great at his job as well."
