Mi Rancho Mexican Crozet

"Very loud TV plays a Spanish station in the middle of the restaurant. Servers wait in the shadows and watch you eat. It's a bit creepy. The food was OK. Nothing special as it was just bland. I had combo 19 and the server didn't know what it was. Told her I wanted chicken, after I pointed it out to her on the menu. I got beef. Son had burrito deluxe. He said he's had better."

"We shared this restaurant with about 50 middle schoolers and their friends. The staff of this restaurant was amazing. Orders were taken, food was quickly prepared and served , The pace never lived up. I think everyone had a great time."

"I would love to have given this place 4 stars because most of the food tasted really good. The mole chicken enchilada was fantastic. However we ordered food to go and they messed up two parts of our order. We got just one cheese enchilada on an order of 3, and gave us tostadas instead of chili con queso. Also, the food was cold (ate it 3 minutes after it being handed to me). The place looked really nice inside. Maybe we will give it another shot when we can order in."

"They double charged me for my food, they manually set the tip to 100% and I paid 50$ for 20$ worth of food they were rude and did not give me a receipt of the transaction instead the told me to go quicker and move along. Disgraceful!"

"I ordered Combination #8, which contained a chicken tamale and ground beef enchilada. (Be sure to specify the type meat you want. You may have choices.) I also ordered a side of lettuce, tomato, and guacamole. Plus, I took sour cream and salsa from my husband's plate. This was the best Mexican food I've ever eaten. Plus, the atmosphere was clean and absolutely beautiful. The workers were friendly and helpful. We will definitely visit this restaurant again every time we are in the area."
