Chick-fil-A

"What happened to Chick-fil-A? This is the first time I gotten bad food. The Dr.Pepper drink had no taste (flat), the waffle fries taste the same as the chicken.Look at the burn chicken in the picture. Is this what the consumer get for $10 how. The drive- thru was empty but the in side was full of customers. The restaurant was fully staff. I hope this not the new way of doing business for Chick-fil-A."

"Ordered food for my family (a large order) and realized a salad was missing once we got home. We called and notified Chick-fil-A of our issue and they said they were unable to refund us unless we went back to the store. They also offered us a free salad coupon to make up for the one we already bought. Long story short they ended up giving us two coupons for free salads to make up for their mistake. They were very receptive and polite. This store handles so many orders and somehow the wait is never very long. I am pleased with the top quality service and cheerful employees. Absolutely recommend."

"I have never had a bad experience at any Chick-fil-A franchise so it did not surprise me that I had another great experience with this one. The atmosphere is so cheerful and clean. The cashier was polite. Not to mention they have their entire outside store covered in Christmas lights. I can't wait to see it lit up. I will be back."

"I came through the drive-thru with a 6 combo special, $80 order. These guys had it out and ready to my car faster than if I ordered a single combo anywhere else. Keep up the great work we'll be back soon!"

"Food was hot but the wait in the drive through is ridiculous long at this location. *edit updating rating to a 3. The food and service here is inconsistent. Every other time I come my food is made incorrectly and today when I went I received a spoiled fruit cut. The strawberry was fussy and had mold growing on it. They did offer to replace it when I called but it is unacceptable to serve that in the first place."
