"Wow, just wow! This restaurant is truly a museum dedicated to Jerry West. To see his Olympic gold medal, all of his NBA Championship rings, and even his diploma from East Bank High School, I was in heaven. We loved every part of our meal, from Cathy's Blue Ribbon cornbread, to our perfectly cooked steaks, and our bananas fosters for dessert, every moment was first class. Someone asked if it was better than the Wonder Bar in Clarksburg, WV, and I would say it is the same caliber of experience, but at a higher price point. However, we were at the Greenbrier Resort so food costs are at a premium. This experience was definitely worth the cost."

"The food and atmosphere were great. The surprising star of the show was the seafood. The biggest disappointment of the night, however, was the Wagu beef. After coming each year we have seen a greater than half reduction in the size and quality of the Wagu Beef served 3 ways. For $85 tonight we just received one bite of beef served 3 ways and not the promised 6oz and savory bites of days past. Please don’t waste your money on these less than bite-sized delicacies."

"Always a five star experience. We visit The Greenbrier frequently and this is, hands down, our favorite restaurant. The service is impeccable and the food is consistently excellent. They have options for everyone including steak, chicken, seafood and even an incredible curried cauliflower vegan dish! My husband recently had a heart attack and dining out has not been easy. Since his heart attack, we’ve eaten at Prime 44 multiple times and they’ve done an incredible job of handling his dietary restrictions. If you’re at The Greenbrier, make it a point to dine here!"

"Overpriced, underwhelming, and inedible at times. We went as a group of 8 for meeting. The restaurant itself is well themed and true to the Jerry West angle. The food, however, was foul at times. The cauliflower dish along with the mashed potatoes were way over salted. Could not even eat it. The dish was $50. I could buy enough cauliflower for a year. One steak ordered was burned on one side and rare on the other. The waiter asked about allergies, and we had two people with shellfish allergies. One of them got steak with crab on the plate. Attention to detail was lacking in a restaurant advertised as top level. The souffle was soggy and inedible. The drinks were good. When you pay this amount of money for food, you don't want these many issues. Won't be back again."

"This was the best meal I've had in a long time. Hefty price, but well worth it. The salmon and squid ink pasta was fantastic! The steak was perfectly cooked. The lobster mashed potatoes was the single tastiest thing we ate all weekend. I highly recommend this place and will try my best to get back here again when I can."
